About Me

Welcome to ePadashala. I’m Ehsan Asgar P, an educator at A.M.L.P School, Kuttasseri. I started this platform because I believe teaching demands complete commitment—nothing less.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that great teaching requires balance. Early on, I experimented with innovative methods—teaching English through actions and gestures, without translating to Malayalam. It worked beautifully, but I quickly realized that creativity alone isn’t enough. Within the real constraints of a syllabus and classroom time, teachers must blend innovation with practicality.
I’ve also learned that how we show up matters as much as what we teach. Students need teachers who are approachable and human, yet maintain clear boundaries and respect. They need warmth without chaos, and structure without fear. Finding that balance is the real work of teaching.
I’m grateful to Mr. John Varghees and Mr. Abdul Salam for supporting these ideas in our school. I’m also inspired by my father, Dr. Abdul Kader Parambatt, a retired Principal from the Government College of Teacher Education, Kozhikode, whose dedication to education continues to guide me.
